How we work
- Remote-first — most of the team is distributed across EU and Americas timezones.
- Async by default — written specs and recorded demos over standing meetings.
- Ship-and-iterate — small PRs, fast review, weekly releases.
What we look for
Engineering: PHP/WordPress, TypeScript/React, time-series databases, public-API design. Editorial: trading experience plus the discipline to write about probability without overselling. Design: data-dense interfaces that don’t feel cramped.
