Everything published on BlockTicker — including signals, briefs, scores, and analysis — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, or trading advice. Trading involves risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Consult a licensed advisor before making investment decisions.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the site faster than the documented API limits, don’t reverse-engineer the signal pipeline, don’t resell paid feeds, and don’t use the Service to harass or defraud anyone.

4. Data & privacy

See our privacy policy. We do not sell user data.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party API outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. We are not liable for trading losses incurred during outages.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockTicker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service — including, without limitation, trading losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on-site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
